With the aid of floats, flexible dredge hoses and HDPE pressure pipelines can be kept afloat.
Waterking PE floats
For the pumping of, amongst other things, dredged material, sand, sludge, water, etc. dredging hoses or HDPE pressure pipes are used. If this involves the water, then you’ll need floats to do so. Our floats are available from internal ø 95mm to 700mm
Depending on the weight of the dredged material, the number of floats required to keep the dredge hoses and pressure pipelines afloat is determined.
There are always various sizes of floats in stock at Waterking. These are also available rent from our sister company Knoop Rental.
