The Deltaworker is a tidal-powered vessel that transports technicians to the wind turbines every day. It was specially designed to meet the client’s wishes and requirements.

Electric dredging has been possible since 2025, when we became the first manufacturer in the world to introduce an electric dredging set: the WK 350 NG-E, fitted with an electric dredging pump.
A one-of-a-kind machine that has been used for years in large-scale nature restoration projects. Peat, vegetation and timber can be pumped out in a single pass using the shredder dredger.
The Screening Dredger makes it possible to separate the coarse particles from the sludge. These particles fall into a hopper, whilst the remaining dredged material can be pumped away.
With both the Shredder Dredger and the Screening Dredger, the team stood with their hands in their hair for a short time. Indeed, there did not seem to be a machine facing these specific challenges.
On the water, hard-to-reach terrain and large stretches of vegetation that got road ended up in the way of the works. One separates these coarse pieces from the dredged material, the other shreds coarse pieces from the dredged material, so that it can be pumped.
Both machines managed to successfully complete the projects and show that innovation is an important part of Waterking.
In 2022, the first sketches of the Deltaworker and Beachworker emerged, two unique machines designed to operate in the surf zone. By 2024, they became fully operational on the shoreline. Where standard machines fall short, these vehicles safely transport technicians to wind turbines in the middle of the waves. The Deltaworker remains stable in depths of up to two meters, while the Beachworker proves its worth on drier, more accessible tidal areas. Together, they form a team that masters both ebb and flow.
